2016 Journal Prompts

Happy New Year!

What an amazing week of teaching – and such an honor for me to do so at this important time of year!

In each of my three New Year classes this week, we ended on the subject of active participation. Particularly as one year closes and another begins, we used this reminder to look at areas where we are just riding the waves, observing from the sidelines, rather than choosing to wholeheartedly participate in our own experience of life.

We closed with this as a journal prompt… “What is one area of your life in which you want to participate more fully? What MATTERS to you? What actions could you take toward that deeper engagement?”
